What We Do
for You

Notarizations

Various legal documents fall under the term "notarization".

Wills

There is more to personal planning, especially the distribution of your assets and property after your death, than you might realize. There are rules and regulations about how a person's assets get distributed if they pass away without a will.

Advance (Health) Directives

Advance Directives allow you to make specific requests regarding your body that cannot be over-ridden by your medical representatives under the Representation Agreement.

Powers of Attorney

Powers of Attorney are equally important legal documents that allow you to appoint an individual or multiple individuals to take care of your financial and legal affairs should you be physically or mentally incapable to do so yourself.

Representation Agreements

Representation Agreements are drafted in order to allow for an individual or multiple individuals to speak on your behalf in a health care or personal care setting.

Call, Text or Email Camilla with any additional questions regarding personal planning, and to book an appointment!

We Are A Notary Public That Travels To You

Camilla, a member of the Society of Notaries Public of British Columbia, works with you to ensure your legal documents are completed with your input, and with adherence to reliability.

She provides a human experience for her clients, listening to their needs, informing them of their options, explaining what each means, and advising them of any legal recommendations.

As a Notary Public who has worked on the Sunshine Coast, and now in the lower mainland of British Columbia as well, she has the knowledge to guide you through your legal documents.

Camilla received her Master’s degree in Applied Legal Studies from Simon Fraser University, was commissioned as a Notary Public, and started working as a Notary Public in 2020.

Contact Camilla Rzepa to discuss how she may be able to provide Notary services to you.
